Many thanks for purchasing a ticket to this SWAG meeting/event.
Please remember that we will be starting at 10am and must be out of the building at 10pm prompt. Your assistance in helping to pack up from 9pm onwards would be very much appreciated.
You are welcome to bring food or drink for everyone to share. Your entry ticket will cover a sandwich lunch, snacks, soft drinks, tea/coffee and disposables (plates, cutlery, napkins etc).
Your ticket purchase will put yourself ONE entry into the raffle, those you put in the notes will also include an entry.
