Many thanks for purchasing a ticket to this SWAG meeting/event.
Please remember that we will be starting at 10am and must be out of the building at 10pm prompt. Your assistance in helping to pack up from 9pm onwards would be very much appreciated.
You are welcome to bring food or drink for everyone to share. Your entry ticket will cover a snacks, soft drinks, tea/coffee and disposables (plates, cutlery, napkins etc).
