IMPORTANT :  SWAG#13 at present is still going ahead, we have spoken to the parish council and unless things change with regards the funeral arrangements, we are still planning on running SWAG#13 at the end of week, if we do have to postpone I suspect it would only be a few weeks.  

We are currently running a set of online auctions on our website listing items from a recent Amiga mega-haul. The auctions are closing TONIGHT and over the next few days with most of the larger items being sold this weekend from a huge donation thanks to the generosity of a retired family in Bideford.  The auction includes Amiga 4000, 2000, 1200, A500+, A500, A600 and a CD32 with various upgrades, including GVP and Commodore Sidecars, Flicker Fixers, Memory and Processor Upgrades, FMV and Monitor risers and I didn’t mention the software/games yet!  Over the next few days we will be listing some smaller items that will run up to the SWAG meet date on Saturday 17th September.

Many of the items will finish this weekend. We expect auction winners to pay for their items (right after the auction please) and they can then pick them up at the SWAG13 meet (so you will need a ticket).

If you did not get access or didn’t receive the email that was sent out to everyone (who has attended a SWAG event in the last 3 years), then please go to the website and click ‘My account’ in the top right. From there you can press ‘Lost your password’ to receive an email. Use the same email that this message has arrived in.

SWAG13 is on September 17th, we have sold out of Table tickets but we still have plenty of visitor tickets available, if you would like to come then please click the Tickets icon above.  We are also hosting a Mega auction that goes live from the 1st, this will be invited only as you have to have been to a previous meet or Workbench to qualify, all monies raised is split between the owner of items and ourselves, please keep an eye out in your INBOX for a invite to login to the SWAG website to be able to participate in the auction.  Any problems please send us a message.

We made some changes to the way the tickets will be ordered, mostly because of problems with booking over the past few meets.  You will need a bank/credit card and Paypal is NOT AN OPTION, each ticket is priced at 10 pounds and children remain free.  Please add visitor tickets to the check-out for any additional family members that will come along.

There is NO SEAT picker, we will be allowing you to find a space within the Table group you have ordered, see pic for Details

Refunds: If the meet is postponed or cancelled, you will be notified about refunds, if you cannot turn up and need to cancel, please let us know.  also please note that refunds will not be given in the last week up to the meet.  

Please make sure the email address you use is current and check the SPAM folder as we may contact you regarding future events and the upcoming auction.

Also, we will ask you to provide name details (for badges) in the Order Notes, we will reserve the right to cancel a table, you can only order ONE TABLE for Yourself.
